This is seriously the easiest beef stew “recipe” there is. Ready?
1 beef roast
1 onion, diced
1 bag of frozen, Mediterranean vegetable blend for every pound of meat
1 can tomato soup
Put beef and onions in slow cooker. Cover half with water or broth and cook on low for 8 or more hours. 10 minutes before you want to eat, shred and transfer beef and broth to a large sauce pot and add vegetables and soup. Set to med-high and serve when the vegetables are hot.
